New in at The Bike Specialists, we offer the opportunity to own another stunning limited edition motorcycle. The CCM Spitfire Cafe Racer is one of the latest CCM British built bikes that was only available in limited numbers with every example sold after being announced to the public.
Our example is number 184 of the 250 that were produced and is showing just 1, 300 miles. It is fitted with the optional engine bash plate, adjustable levers and radiator guard as well as the following specification: Powerful Brembo Brakes, Quilted Tan Seat with White Stitching, leather hand grips, Race Inspired Clip-on Handlebars, 19” Gold spoked Wheels, Full LED Lights, High strength steel frame, Tig welded by hand and CCM Racing Stripes. The number boards have been removed but are supplied with the bike. It has also recently had the tank & rear seat unit PPF'd and a CCM hugger, flyscreen, CNC oil filler cap, CCM upgraded the number plate hanger and rear indicator assembly fitted.
CCM said of the Cafe Racer:
"Born in the 1950’s, the Café Racer movement is possibly the most influential movement in motorcycling history. These stripped-down production bikes were used to get from one café to the next as swiftly as possible with the magical “ton” their goal. This biking sub-culture inspired the large manufacturers to develop the sports bikes that we see today. The lean, mean Spitfire is the perfect platform from which to create a Café Racer, with minimal weight, no unnecessary fripperies and a torquey 6-speed 600cc single; powerful Brembo brakes keep things nicely controlled."
