In August 1974, Volvo introduced a new generation of cars called the 240 and 260 series
These new models were manufactured in the period from 1974 to 1984 and had been developed from the 140 series and were very similar to their predecessors
The changes included a new front large bumper and an advanced chassis with a McPherson-type front suspension system
This is a Volvo 242 L in a 2-door version which is one of the rarer in the 240 series
Very nice car with original paint and upholstery
Really nice condition both cosmetically and mechanically
