Hi all. The phone reception is terrible where we live so if you can’t get hold of me please email and I’ll send you a landline number. Or listen to my voicemail as the number is on it!
This is my Seven Special built on a 1932 LWB chassis.
I bought it at the end of last year as a non runner and spent a while sorting it out.
It now runs well and starts fine.
15” wheels.
It’s road legal with the V5 in my name and I have a light bar you can fit with lights attached that just needs a bit of wiring.
It had suffered somewhat through lack of use, but does now benefit from a fully rebuilt engine by Oxfordshire Sevens.
The body was also in need of sorting and I had Trev the wizard at Circuit Motor Bodies near Towcester help to replace a rear section. We also re-built the bonnet as it was very flimsy and now benefits from 2 fixed side panels that are on 1/ 4 turn Camlocs so can be removed quickly if needed.
The exhaust was also built by Ian at OxfordshireSevens and it has one of his Pigsty style manifold. It’s fairly loud!
I then spent a lot of time working through the brakes and other issues to make it safe and reliable.
Once sorted I applied for a VSCC Buff log book which it now has, so you can hillclimb etc if you fancy a bit of a thrill!
I have a trailer too than can be worked into the deal!
Other than that, please see the pics and ask questions.
