1992 Ford Sierra 3. 0i RS. This is a factory built South African model which had an injected version of the 3. 0 Essex engine. Its RHD and was recently imported from South Africa. All tax and duty has been paid and we will complete all the UK registration paperwork for the new owner. The car will need MOTD before the UK registration paperwork can be submitted
Body - Ford Sierra hatchback shell. Very solid underneath. Hasnt been welded from what we can see. Will need a very minor repair on passenger side front floor. Paintwork is ok but a good polish would certainly help it. Good solid car and a way better shell than one thats seen 30 Uk winters.
Mechanics - 3. 0 Essex engine which runs fuel injection. These engines were uprated from the old Essex engines we got in the Capri Granada. 5 Speed box and standard 3. 0 Sierra drivetrain. Car starts runs and drives. Brakes and clutch feel fine. As with any old car it will need a good checkover. Generally cars from SA will need perishable items replaced such as gaitors, ball joints as the MOT is not as strict as ours.
Interior - Standard Interior. split on drivers seat bolster. Others seats are ok. Good dashtop. Doorcards look as bit worn but would clean up. Good headlining
Wheels - Aftermarket alloys with 195/ 45/ 16 wheels
