Kawazaki ZX10 B1 (UK model)
1988 with only 3 owners including myself.
Beautiful original condition,
12 months MOT,
20, 696 miles with all previous Mot’s to verify mileage.
Standard model except de-restricted from new
with high lift carb tops. This bike is very fast.
The first keeper owned the bike from 08/ 1988 to 05/ 2013, being 25 years and cherished it throughout this period.
It was then sold to a gentleman who only kept the bike for 5 months before selling it to me in Oct 2013.
I have fitted new tyres and battery recently, chain/ sprocket, Pads, oils, filters etc have been changed in the last couple of years and only done a few miles.
A full history folder is present with following:-
Original sales invoice dated 16/ 7/ 88 from Preston Kawasaki for £4528. 00 (expensive bike back in the 80’s).
Original registration document dated 11/ 8/ 88.
Every MOT certificate since 1994
Every tax disc and sorn statement since 1989
Original service and alarm manual.
Various receipts over the years.
This bike starts, runs and rides like new, very fast if
you want to but comfortable for a Sunday cruise
to show her off.
As I’m sure you are aware, ZX10 B1’s in this condition
with extensive history, standard even down to the original exhaust’s and a UK model, not a US ninja, are very rare Indeed.
This is a sound investment and will only appreciate in value.
I really don’t use the bike and it needs to be ridden and enjoyed.
May consider P/ X 70’s motorcycle cash either way.
