My lovely 1998 build low mileage 996 Carrera 2 in metallic arctic silver with extended grey leather interior is for sale. This is an early cable throttle 3. 4 engine with the dual row IMS. The car has only had 2 Owners prior to me and now shows just over 38000 miles and is in regular use.
Regardless of mileage this car has been serviced regularly and benefits from having a fully Stamped Service Book, this is now nearly full with 20 Stamps in total. The first owner serviced the car at his supplying Porsche Dealer up to 2005 then used the same Specialist services through to 2015 when the car changed hands. The second owner was a salesperson at Porsche Centre Mayfair, after that I bought it from Dan Modi of Elmstone Classics, I have subsequently left it in the capable hands of Steve Akrill at Goss (Hall) Werks for servicing.

Options/ specification include sports gear shifter, cd changer, air conditioning, multiple airbags, clear lenses, 17 inch Cup alloy wheels, crested caps, Porsche over mats, LSD, TC, and quite a rare option of a trip computer.
The N rated Michelin tyres are in date with plenty of tread, these and lightweight 17" alloys make these little cars absolutely dance.
The sporty but compliant non MO30 suspension was refreshed in Nov 2020 with new coffin arms and drop links at Center Gravity followed by a full geometry set up.
Prior to purchase the Elmestone classics replaced the air conditioning condensers along with spark plugs, starter motor and new back boxes.
The car is fully serviced, the records are complete and up to date. There is a leather wallet along with all the correct books and 2 fresh working remotes and the beach key.
This really is in Outstanding Condition, as you would expect with such low mileage. Overall a superb example that I know I am going to regret selling.
