This Porsche 911 997 Carrera 2S 3. 8 Coupe has come to us from a local customer having covered 80, 000 miles from new. Finished in Seal Grey Metallic with Black leather trim, this incredibly clean, well-maintained example has been garaged all year round and kept in excellent condition inside and out.
Porsche Hatfield maintained the car during its early life with services at 21370 and 39061 miles. Pro Porsche Brighouse carried out a major service at 54167 miles and three services followed at a performance car service centre at 62914, 64898 and 67939 miles. Since 2018, the Porsche has been serviced by our local 911 specialist at 68678, 73545, 75751, 78231 and most recently in January 2022 at 79920.
Above servicing, in 2018 the Porsche had the engine and gearbox removed to overhaul the cooling system, and at this time the engine and gearbox were split and the IMS bearing replaced with an uprated version. The rear main oil seal was replaced, both idler pulleys and tensioner replaced and with the same specialist in 2019, both front coil springs were replaced.
This Carrera S offers excellent value, its superbly presented on the body with a stunning paint finish, and the car has the appearance of a carefully owned example. The interior is excellent, alloy wheels are clean and on the road the Porsche performs faultlessly requiring no major work.
