For sale is my 2008 BMW 1 Series 125i SE Manual Coupe (E82 3. 0 Litre Straight Six). I have owned this car for just over a year now and has never let me down, I love driving it and was planning to keep it for a very long time, but the opportunity to buy a dream car (Lotus Elise) has come up which I cannot decline. I will almost regret it since this car, even with its mileage, runs and drives just as good as one with 50, 000 miles due to it having a Full Service History with a fully stamped logbook. It is completely unmodified and has never been slightly tinkered with by any of the owners. The MOT is due in August but I will get this and a service done before sale. The mileage will be going up slightly since I am still using it as a daily driver until I get the Elise.
I’ll list a few of the good bits and bad bits below…
Good Bits
Never had any mechanical issues to my knowledge. This is proof of the N52B30 being absolutely bulletproof when it is serviced properly and taken care of. Do not let the mileage scare you away from this car.
Alloys were refurbished by the previous owner last year to a smoky grey which really suits the paintwork.
Rare Monaco Blue (officially monacoblau) paintwork.
Fully stamped logbook since new.
Bad Bits
Paintwork has stone chips across front bumper and bonnet as well as a small scratch on the rear arch. As to be expected with a car this age.
Driver’s side door has been damaged by previous owner, parking incident I believe.
Service history was lost by previous owner but still has a fully stamped logbook.
