I'm selling my late husband's pride and joy but know nothing about it so have copied what was sent to him when he purchased it. I've been told to advertise it @ £35, 000 but i know it is only worth what someone wants to pay so am open to offers as every day it just reminds me of what I have lost!
1956 International Harvester S100. Only produced this model from 1955 to 1957. It is RHD from factory as it was a South African export model.
Spent nearly all its time in South Africa, so no corrosion issues.
Exceptional build qualities at Mustard City Speed in Norwich.
Full body off restoration in 2013 in the UK, with full photographic and invoice file.
Every body panel was media blasted and sprayed in VW Harvest Moon Beige LB1M, which is the new VW Beetle colour. Body and chassis is corrosion free. New screen and door rubbers.
Dinotrol waxed underneath, cavities and chassis rails. It is absolutely new as can be underneath. No rust anywhere at all.
The Jaguar in line 6 cylinder engine was re-built in December 2014 by a specialist, Edward Watson & Co, with a full photographic and invoice file. It is an XK 4. 2 Jaguar engine that has been re-worked to 4. 6
The Jaguar engine has been stripped and machined. The head is gas flowed. The engine received a complete re-build with all new pistons, timing gear, gaskets and components. Balanced pistons, con rods and crankshaft. Unleaded head conversion. Huge new oil pump and reconditioned radiator with electric adjustable cooling fan. Engine performs beautifully with no cooling issues. It is as new as a Jaguar XK engine can be. Comprehensive photographic rebuild with invoices costing many thousands.
June 2015, fuel injection removed. Brand new twin SU HIF 7 carbs, manifold and Facet electric fuel pump fitted. Carbs reworked to 2" from original. Manual choke with pull lever in the cab. Complete re-wire and new relay/ fuse box located in glove box. Complete new stainless exhaust.
Automatic Jaguar gearbox was overhauled with new seals and cables.
All the engine, carb, gearbox and re-wire work was undertaken by a brilliant and well known engine builder, Edward Watson & Co. His knowledge of Jaguar engines is huge and his work flawless.
10 bolt 8. 5 Chevy rear axle with new bearings and seals.
Jaguar front clip and suspension. Huge Jaguar front disc brakes, rear Ford disc brakes and handbrake. Jaguar power steering, seats and gauges.
Cabin is comfortable with electric Jaguar seats and Jaguar dials, full carpet, stereo and a heater.
Tax exempt and no MOT is required by law.
Absolutely stunning rare "hot rod" pick up truck. This is the only RHD Harvester in the UK.
Show winner in 2013 at local show.

Engine is a Jaguar XJ6 4235cc and automatic Jaguar gearbox. It has twin SU HF7 carbs and not fuel injection. It has been re-built and is now approx 4600cc. Jaguar automatic gearbox
Chevy 10 bolt rear axle
Disc brakes all round, front are Jaguar, rears are Ford
Taxation class is historic vehicle (FREE)
Its an International (as in the tractor company). Rare and different from the rest of the Chevys and Fords.)
