For Sale is my 1994 MK3 Golf GTI 16v, silver 3 door. Very limited number of these Mk3s still on the road.
Comes on original 16 inch BBS alloys.
Factory sliding and tilting sunroof.
I have owned the car since June 2020. The vehicle had been sat in a barn for 4 years prior and since has a lot of attention. It was my daily driver all through summer 2020 & 21 as well as being my show car; covering long and short journeys perfectly and as it would have when it left the factory back in 1994. Since then it has been dry stored with regular starting and running.
Upgraded genuine parts include: G60 & GTI 16V Clutch, including master and slave cylinders along with lines.
New cylinder head gasket, uprated oil pump and cam belt.
Brakes rebuilt, flexi hoses, discs, pads and rear shoes.
Bodywork has minimal rust, only visible rust is that of surface rust at the bottom of both front wings (typical mk3) and underside is solid, it has also had both inner and outer sills replaced.
The paintwork isn't the best with any major imperfections shown in the photos above but is suitable and expected from a 27 year old car. The car is standard apart from period correct upgrades including:
Bilstein B12 suspension, Bilstein shocks and Eibach sport Springs, along with new genuine VW bushes.
I also had a full custom catback exhaust system made and fitted by RTec Auto Design which then had a custom decat added to it (so if it's too loud for your preference then it can always have the decat pipe removed).
The interior headlining has been replaced in black along with wrapped interior plastic pillar covers in fabric to match the headlining.
Pioneer door speakers and upgrade speaker cables, Pioneer Sub and 2 separate amps all set in a custom made boot build and ready to plug into your own headunit. (Single din Kenwood stereo will come with car).
2 keys, lots of receipts.
