Welcome to sale of my E36 BMW 318i.
The car is in great overall condition with fairly few imperfections to let it down, given it’s age and originality. The Alpine White paint is glossy and extremely smooth. There is a few patches of rust around the rear of the car, but nothing too serious at all. The original wheel trims are all present and once again in great condition. The interior is presentable, however with a few tips to the drivers seat.
The car has done just over 160k miles and backed up by a stamped service booklet. The car has been sat for a few years, until recently where it was dragged out and professionally detailed within an inch of its life, preparing the car for a fresh start. It’s certainly a project, but I’d say a light one. It does run and drive but has no MOT, so will need to be trailered unless you can put it on trade plates. I’d recommend servicing it before hand though as it has stale fuel in it, therefore it’s unhappy to idle without throttle input. That said, it starts on the button, all tyres have decent tread and besides a crack in the windscreen, I don’t think there are many reasons why it wouldn’t pass an MOT.
It has had 3 previous owners, myself being the 4th. I bought the car a few weeks ago, but I’m starting to realise I have far too many projects to complete and I’m going to have to prioritise those.
I’m somewhat of a BMW collector myself and will not let the car go to somebody who doesn’t appreciate it or intends on turning it into a cheap drifter. I’ll simply keep it.
I won’t accept group viewings, no more than 2 people. Buyers will be monitored by several CCTV Cameras from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, to ensure no funny business goes unnoticed.
