This thing hasn’t even been run in yet!!
I would say it’s the lowest mileage in the country!
It’s in 99% original condition, no rust!
Original paint.
2 previous owners.
It’s never been welded, 100% solid underneath.
It was originally a mobility car with a wheelchair tail lift fitted (its fully working but been removed)
First owner had it for 3 years then it was bought by a camper van conversion company for their stock fleet. It’s never got converted and got sold on in 2021 to a trader. It was showing 18k miles then.
I bought it last year and put 11000 miles on it.
I have removed the wheelchair tail lift and the 2 single seats from the back.
It had 2 oil changes already and the water pump along with the cambelts (cam belt and pumpbelt ) were done in December the proper way using VCDS (pump timing).
It drives great returning 47mpg (I don’t go over 65mph).
Tyres were new last year.
New top spec battery last year costing £140.
I have done a fair bit of preventative and regular maintenance in the past year including:
Glow plugs,
Fluid change (brake, power steering and coolant),
New radiator,
O ring on turbo inlet pipe,
New air flow sensor,
Air filter,
Oil filter at the first oil change.
I bought a set of new wheel trims as the original paint wheels are showing their age.
Fitted a set of new number plates as the originals started to de-laminate. Kept the old ones and will come with the car.
The interior is in very good condition as you would expect from a low mileage example like this.
There is no central locking, ABS or air bags.
It does have cruise control.
The engine code is AJT so it’s the 88bhp version.
Mechanically, it’s never been altered so still has EGR and CAT converter. It still has the original exhaust on from 2002.
I bought it last year to convert it to a camper but after a few trials we decided that camping is not for us. The missus prefers the hotel rooms.
It’s a cracking daily driver but we are getting a small automatic car so my other half can drive too.
