I’m selling my MK 2 Austin cooper, which I purchased in 2015, mileage then 96000k. This is a 1967 early car, painted in island blue with cream roof. There are six previous owners including the last one who sold it to me in 2015. With this cars history, came a full half page write up of it condition and originality done by the weekly classic paper “ The Classic car buyer” in 200. This cooper had a full body rebuild and paint, plus a modified 1300 Gt engine was rebuilt with a replacement for synchro gearbox. Invoices indicate this engine had a complete rebore re-ground polished crank, new pistons/ big-ends, fast road camshaft, Twin 1 1/ 2 su carbs, RC40 exhaust, S brakes with correct servo.
This car now has twin tanks, with original cooper s badges. The Cooper drives fantastic and really goes like a train!
