We are very pleased to offer a stunning, completely restored 2005 Ford Fiesta ST. This is a very special ST that has had a no expense spared restoration with a bewildering list of new parts with amazing attention to detail. This Fiesta is ready to show or would suit a serious Fast Ford collector who can see ahead of the curve and given that this Fiesta is already 17 years old that it will not be long before these models start to really increase in value and this one is certainly one of the best available. Taken in part exchange from a regular client who used to be a concourse judge and restored with no stone left unturned. All of the work is documented on a memory stick and there is also a list of the many new parts it has had mostly form Ford. The ST was already a very good car to start with, 2 owners from new and basically a full main dealer service history, being maintained by TAW Ford. It is accompanied with all of its original handbooks, fully stamped service book, a raft of service receipts and both sets of keys. The excellent private number plate comes with the Fiesta and the original dealer plates are also with the car.
Viewing this Fiesta is highly advised to appreciate its condition. This is only an overview of what has been carried out. A full respray by a Ford approved body shop to a very high standard, new front bumper, grille, fog lights, splitter, rear grille, high level stop light, door trims and badges. The underside was completely stripped and primed, painted and lacquered in Performance blue. It has had a full brake overhaul with new callipers, stripped and painted red, new discs, hoses, back plates and ABS sensors. The rear subframe has been shot blasted and powder coated with new bolts and all bushes replaced. New shocks all round, new springs, stub axel cleaned and powder coated and new bearings. The front subframe has had the same treatment. The front suspension has new shocks, bushes, lower arms, drive shafts, hubs powder coated, ball joints and wheel bearings and again all new bolts. All four alloys prepared, powder coated with new centre caps and four new Dunlop SP tyres, It has also has a Sportex exhaust system, new cat and clamps. New radiator, header tank, new AC radiator and the system has been regassed. Engine and gearbox has been cleaned with all new Zinc bolts, new dip stick, tappet chest cover, coil pack and a full cam belt service. The cost of all of the above is way more than the asking price so its new owner will be very lucky indeed to own such and amazing car.
On the road this ST is an absolute flying machine. It has only been used in dry conditions so it is unmarked underneath. It looks new, feels new and drives like a new car. Bags of power, excellent handling and plenty of grins.
The interior is very well presented with its half leather seats with are unmarked. It has the usual ST extras, AC, PAS, CL, EW and the original Ford stereo.
It has also been fully serviced and has a full no advisory MOT so it is ready to go and be appreciated and given the values of XR2 Fiestas this one will certainly follow suit and will also give you access to the ever popular Fast Ford show scene.
