Description
Ford Sierra Sapphire which has been extensively modified and fitted with a Corvette 5. 7 V8 LS1 engine. Its been built to a very high standard by a local hot rod builder and goes really well. Their is a you tube video of it being built and i will add the link at the bottom. We have the original service book, receipts and old MOTs for the car. We have the current V5 which has been amended to show 5700 cc. The car was built using a Silver Azura Sierra. At some point the original car has picked up a CAT C, no idea why. If this stresses you out then its maybe not the one for you.
Body - Sapphire Shell. Started life as a Silver Azura. Body was put on a spit and any rust cut out. Underside has been raptored. Tunnel and bulkhead were modified to make space for the new LS1 engine. Car was painted in BMW Blue and is a really nice job. The car is really straight and the pictures dont do it justice. In the sunlight the paint really stands out. Panel gaps are good. Cosworth bonnet fitted. Morette headlights fitted. Cosworth front and rear bumpers. Smoked rear lights. It really is a good looking car. Electric mirrors and windows all working. Paint has been ceramic coated
Mechanics - 5. 7 V* LS1 motor. We are told this was a crate engine and its covered 4900 miles since being installed. TH400 Transmission, 2500 RPM Stall Convertor, Silicone Hoses, New propshaft, Willwood Calipers and Master cylinder, Cosworth discs all round, braided brake lines, Koni Suspension, Uprated bushes, 7. 5 inch LSD, 2. 5 Inch stainless exhaust and manifold, Electric power steering, twin fuel pumps with swirl pot, remote servo, battery relocated to the boot,
Interior - Full black leather Cosworth interior which is in good order. Aftermarket gauges added to dash which all work. Bluetooth Radio,
Wheels - 17" aftermarket rims with 215/ 50/ 17 tyres which have decent tread.
