2004 RICKMAN METISSE TRIUMPH
Built using a Wasp chassis ( Wasp built all Rickman frames for many years ) and a Triumph 500 cc pre unit twin with original gearbox. This is a replica of a Rickman Metisse as used by Steve McQueen back in 1966 his famous quote "This is the best rig I've ever owned" is legendary. Now produced under license by The McQueen Foundation this particular bike was built in 2004 prior to that agreement. As shown in the photograph's the workmanship is second to none. Purely an off road/ green lane or collectors piece, it would look amazing anywhere.
