BMW 316Ti M Sport Compact - striking Imola red and I've had this since May/ June this year. I bought it on condition and its a car you can buy with confidence as it was registered briefing in Switzerland and they won't let anything less than excellent hit their roads.
It drives 100% and it has been cared for in every way. 115K careful miles but what sets this apart is the 6 speed transmission. The previous owner installed the gearbox from a 1 series and it gives this car long legs, economy and with the cruise control it's a mile muncher. The engine is willing and while it's not the most powerful thing, there's enough power to have fun.
Many of these have been scrapped or modified but this is a pretty car and a rare survivor. It was delivered here from Switzerland and it's cheap to run.
History with it and it's car that's been loved. Original paint and the front bumper has been machine polished by my local bodyshop.
