Norton Gold Star. Original pre 54 bolt up featherbed chassis with manx subframe brazed on.
Not got the usual ugly welded loop for the oil pump.
Frame has been checked on Motoliner jig after modifications..
New manx wheels New Manx forks.
New Manx Tanks. New GP carb;
New 5 speed quaife triumph cluster;
New conical smiths revcounter.
As new ABSAF full race engine.
This is built to Lansdowne goodwood specification .
Belt dive or primary chain drive . Both.
Test mileage since built .
Never raced.
I have a new later manx seat for it, the one on the bike is pre 54 as per goodwood regs.
£12000. The engine almost cost that.
The bike is like new. Be a shame to break it for spares , but I may.
