Description
A well known and capable trials car, HWP916 has continuous history from the 1950s.
Original owner Pat Reynolds; one of the directors of Tufnol engineering, continuously developed the car through the 1950s for both trials and hillclimb use with Hagley and District Motor Club.

Purchased by the current owner in 2005, HWP underwent a comprehensive restoration reversing many mechanical gremlins, with a focus on low weight. Today’s specification, provides practical, comfortable long distance capability, and at motorway speeds.
Power is provided by a lightweight 1. 8 Rover K-Series, transferred though a Ford Type9 5 speed gearbox, to a 105e Anglia axle.
