Hi, we are Classic Mini specialists Paul Higgs Cars based in New Milton in Hampshire. We specialise in all things Classic Mini and always have a large selection available at sensible prices. We have many years of experience with these amazing cars and we try and match the customer with there perfect Classic Mini. All of our Classic Minis are carefully selected and prepared with a service and MOT and thoroughly checked prior to you starting your Classic Mini adventure.
We are very pleased to offer an absolutely stunning 1998 Rover Mini Cooper finished in metallic Anthracite black, an awesome Classic Mini colour with a contrasting white roof and bonnet stripes and a very rare Cumulus grey leather interior. This Cooper lived in sunny Gibraltar until 2020 and has therefore benefitted from living in a dry climate. It was issued an 02 plate by DVLA so it has a great amount of Kudos as being one of a handful of Minis on late number plates. It has only covered 12 thousand miles in 25 years and is in totally original condition throughout.
On the road this Mini drives like it is brand new. It has the feel of a very low mileage and cared for Mini. Super smooth fuel injected engine and precise gearbox. The Mini offers plenty of power and thanks too four wider profile tyres and new shocks the ride is excellent. All you can really do is smile and enjoy the drive.
The interior looks and feels virtually untouched. It has that fantastic new car smell. It also has the very rare Cumulus Grey seat option with Burr Walnut door caps. Full length dash with Magnolia dials and an uprated Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth streaming, calling and USB charging. The original red carpets are unmarked and it still has the factory rubber Mini branded floor matts. This Cooper was also specified with fully functioning air conditioning which is an absolute bonus as the system is very effective.
This Cooper has all of of its original panels and paint. The floor pans, sills, boot floor are all untouched and the underside is fantastic, it really is a joy to behold. The paintwork is gleaming with the odd very minor blemish. This Mini could easily be displayed with pride at any show and being an 02 plate it is certainly a talking point wherever I take it. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a Cooper that still feels new thanks to that ultra low mileage but yet is also fantastic to drive and ready for regular use.
We have fully serviced, checked and driven this Cooper and it has a long MOT so it is ready to be driven and enjoyed.
