The first generation Focus ST170 was introduced in 2003 and featured a reworked version of the 2. 0-litre Zetec engine, developed in concert with Cosworth, using a special aluminum cylinder head with enlarged intake ports, high compression pistons and forged connecting rods, piston oil squirters, solenoid operated variable camshaft timing on the intake cam, dual stage intake manifold, and a 4-2-1 tubular exhaust header. These additions increased power from 130 to 170 horsepower.
This Sonic Blue example has 7 stamps in the service book, it had the cambelt changed at 97, 468 miles in 2016, a new clutch in 2014. It comes with a good MOT history back to 2007, and the current one expires in March 2024. Current Mileage is 127, 266.
