Vehicle history:
This Ferrari 512 BBi, pronounced Berlinetta Boxer, is the much more drivable version of the famous 12-cylinder boxer engines from Maranello. Starting in 1981, Bosch's K-Jetronic fuel injection system replaced carbureted models on Ferrari's mid-engine top-of-the-line model. Only 1007 vehicles were ever produced. Our car was delivered to its first owner in April 1984 via the Italian dealer Crepaldi in Milano. The owner ordered the interior designed especially for the Ferrari 512 BBi by Italian fashion designer Ermenegildo Zegna in a leather and fabric combination. From there the BBi was sold on to Switzerland, where it was -well documented- regularly serviced by Garage Constantini. From there the Ferrari was sold to Germany. The car has received a fresh service and is ready for further excursions. Until today the history is well traceable. The car is technically and visually in a good, very original condition.
