Beijing Automobile Works (BAW) is a Chinese state-owned company specializing in the production of automobiles and auto parts. It is one of the subsidiaries of BAIC Group (Beijing Automotive Industry Group Co., Ltd.), one of China's largest automotive conglomerates.
BAW has a history dating back to 1953 and has played an important role in the development of China's automotive industry. The company produces a wide range of vehicles, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles and off-road vehicles. Some products are sold under different brand names, including BAW, Foton and Senova.
This concerns an amphibious vehicle. This car has an Isuzu diesel engine with 2800 cc capacity and a power of 115 hp. It has now had a German license plate since March 2023.
