This stunning T-roof 1976 Corvette C3 was brought to the UK when less than 2 years old, so here virtually from new. The car is an option loaded number matching 350 auto with T-tops, tilt tele, power windows, p/ s, p/ b, the list goes on.
In the last 18 months the car has had well in excess of £6, 000 spent on stainless brakes, new suspension etc, all with invoices.
INTERIOR. As you can see from the photos, just lovely. Carpets, seats, dash, door cards, dash, consoles etc all really excellent. Recent weather-seals. Lloyd over-mats.
MECHANICS. The car has covered 118K and there is evidence of a full engine rebuild @ 109K including forged pistons, camshaft, lifters, timing chain, starter motor plus rebuilt power steering and a new radiator. The car has a replacement stainless exhaust, complete with Hollywood deep-tone silencers.
EXTERIOR. The paintwork is excellent with only the odd chip touched up. The factory alloys are all BFGoodrich shod. All emblems, exterior mirrors, door handles etc are to a high standard.
So, a really tidy up-together 1976 Corvette with a lovely interior, very good on the body and a well dressed engine compartment. We sold this car to the current keeper some 16 years ago and he has only parted company now due to ill health. The car is a first time starter, running very well, and can be used as a daily driver or can be driven to the next show tomorrow.
