This stunning T-roof 1973 Corvette C3 can only be described as a showpiece, simply superb. The car is an option loaded number matching 350/ auto with T-tops, tilt-tele column, power windows, A/ C, p/ steering, p/ brakes, shoulder belts, the list just goes on and on.
INTERIOR. As you can see from the photos, just beautiful. Carpets, sill plates, rear compartments, dash, door cards, consoles etc all top show condition and lovely to see the original AM/ FM radio still in place. Recent weather-seals throughout including roof panels. Lloyd over-mats. The seats have had the finest Eckler leather skins fitted to brand new foams.
MECHANICS. The number matching engine is dressed to kill with ceramic coated headers feeding into Patriot side exhausts. The recent Edelbrock Performer 600 sits on top of a matching Edelbrock Performer inlet. The motor has recently had a new Comp Cam street performance camshaft with new hydraulic lifters and push rods, new harmonic balancer, new uprated timing chain and sprockets etc. New flex plate cover. In addition the car has had fully rebuilt rear trailing arms, a new rear spring with links etc, generally rebuilt suspension and steering front and rear, new park brake cables, new alternator, all brakes overhauled even including new rotors, master cylinder, hoses, lines, calipers.
EXTERIOR. The paintwork is show ready, the same with chrome-work, emblems etc, rocker mouldings, all superb. In fact, the two rear quarter bumpers are actually brand new items i. e. not the old ones re-plated. The door gaps plus the fender to hood levels are all excellent. When the Patriot side pipes were fitted the rear valance was changed for a new one without the under car exhaust cut-outs, a really nice touch on a '73.
WHEEL OPTION. The car is currently running on American Racing Equipment Torque Thrust II's shod with Cooper Cobra's all round. However, we are happy to change these for the correct Rally steel rims should the Buyer prefer.
