Here at Old Colonel Cars, the Classic and Performance Car Agency, we have a superb example of the BMW E92 325i (3. 0) M Sport Coupe. A March 2008, low owner, low mileage example fitted with the rare 6 speed manual gearbox option.
This BMW has covered only 70, 000 Miles. Its a 3 Owner car, 2 of them were from the same family.
The original owner of this car, carefully selected the factory options on this E92. They clearly wanted a special car to look at and a ‘drivers’ car.
So first they chose the Classic Alpine White paintwork with a stunning Saddle Brown interior gave it the look
Then the 3. 0 straight six petrol engine gave it the performance needed.
Next they ticked the M Sport option to give it the handling.
Then the 6 speed manual gearbox, a very rare option on this model.
Next, the BMW Motorsport Carbon intake for the engine, to give it some more performance and a better engine noise, an expensive and rare option.
Lastly, as on the M cars, they selected an oil temperature gauge on the dials rather than fuel economy, a clear sign they wanted a performance coupe. It a stunning package, this is a special car to drive.
Finished in Alpine White, the paintwork is as you can hopefully see in the many pictures and videos on our website, is in immaculate condition. It looks to be very original, a lovely deep all over shine with no noticeable dings or dents.
Inside this car features an higher quality, Dakota leather sports interior, finished in Saddle Brown, which really compliments the Alpine White paintwork. Again, as you can hopefully see, this is in excellent original condition.
The M Sport alloys wheels are immaculate, recently fully refurbished.
The 325i benefits from a lovely specification, including some expensive extra options, Professional Sat Nav, Phone connect and the BMW Individual Audio system.
This car has an amazing service history. Its a full BMW main dealer history, we have the original manuals, original stamped service book, a folder full containing all the service receipts from new, including the original sales invoice.
This BMW drives and performs perfectly. The 3. 0 straight six petrol engine is super smooth and provides a lovely straight six howl when pushed. The 6 speed manual is a delight to use, with precise gear changes and a light clutch.
With most cars of this period being the diesel model, its quite rare to find a lovely M Sport Coupe, with a naturally aspirated, straight six petrol engine. Its a car that’s always been a third car, saved for special weekend trips.
