At this point, family pressures took over a little and RX05 HNG had to take a bit of a back seat. Very carefully stored and certainly never completely mothballed, the owner, who was more than capable of looking after her, still ensured that the vehicle stayed in tip-top condition, with oil changes and attention to items such as new brake hoses, exhaust heatshields, and replacement brake discs and pads in the intervening time.
Since coming in to my care, the car has been carefully serviced and as a precaution I have ensured that all fluids have been changed. The vehicle was then submitted for an MOT test and driven for thirty miles ensuring that it is, indeed, in fine fettle.
Current mileage is 76720 (4050 miles per annum) and the MOT certificate (no advisories) is valid until May 2025.
The paintwork was treated to a refresh not so long ago and the re-application of paint protection film has ensured that it remains in an outstanding condition. The interior trim shows very minimal wear and the wheels have also been subject to a refinish.
Accompanying the vehicle are the two ring binders full of every invoice and receipt, every MOT certificate and even the original Bill of Sale. The fully stamped Owners’ Manual and three sets of keys are also present. I have undertaken an HPI check, showing no adverse information and a copy is on file for the benefit of the next owner.
