Utilising the Beta Coupé's shorter wheelbase and featuring a Targa-top roof panel, a roll-over bar and folding rear roof, the Pininfarina-designed Beta Spyder was, in fact, exclusively hand-built by Zagato
The later cars were powered by a 1, 995cc, transverse four-cylinder feeding 115bhp through a 5-speed manual gearbox to the front wheels
This is a UK-supplied Beta Spyder 2000 in Rossa Corsa from three years current ownership
