Hello, I am offering for sale this very nice Peugeot 309 GTI 8S from France, with 191500 kms guaranteed to date. This car belonged to a coachbuilder who completely restored it a few years ago, painting the bodywork, exterior, interior, engine compartment and epoxy paint on the underbody. The vehicle has just undergone a complete overhaul: - oil change and replacement of all fluids - replacement of all filters - timing belt and water pump - 4 new Toyo tyres - overhaul of the braking system The interior is very clean, no tears, the fabric is fine, no cracks or broken plastics.
However, after replacing the oil pressure sensor and checking the wiring harness, the oil pressure does not work on the speedo. The problem is undoubtedly internal to the speedo and as it is the original one, I decided not to replace it in order to continue with its original mileage.
This little racer is fitted with a stainless steel manifold and silencer as well as a KN air intake and a ZX volcane intake system (the volcane engine and the same block as the 205 and 309 gti) which gives it a nice sound without being intrusive.
