c. 1911 MAXWELL 4/ 5 seat tourer 4cylinder petrol CAR
An unfinished 4seat Edwardian project with some excellent features such as correct Maxwell headlights, Lucas side lights, Lucas rear light with ruby lens, boa constrictor double turn bulb horn, Maxwell hub caps and wooden wheels that appear to be unused. Mechanical renewal has included a set of connecting rods, cam lobes and a new gear. According to the included photographs, most of the body has been renewed together with the trimming.
The restoration work carried out so far has been to a high standard and this car would make an excellent example when finished.
