Description

HISTORY Designed by Giovanni Michelotti and unveiled at the 1959 Turin Motor Show, the Abarth 1600 Spyder Allemano is the essence of 1960s craftsmanship in the automotive spectrum. Shared with the Fiat 1500 spider and equipped with a 1600 cc OSCA 1500 4c engine, it was offered in coupé and spider versions, with bodywork designed and hand-built by Allemano and offered as a special limited-run variant of the era. Our offer: Found in Italy more than 20 years ago, it underwent a long and painstaking restoration, preserving the car's originality with attention to detail. Unconfirmed sources claim that only 3 examples of the Abarth Osca 1600 Spyder were produced, all 3 photographed together at the factory. The car offered to customers had some subtle differences from the prototype presented at the Turin Motor Show in 1959, our car is believed to have the lowest vin number known today. Offered in pale white with a blood red interior and its retractable soft top, the Allemano Spyder is an exquisite collector's item. Price: POA
