Ton Vink and the founding of Vink Motorsport Ton Vink began his career in 1993 as a mechanic in the Dutch Touring Car Championship, ironically in the Mercedes team. In 1994, he built his first rally car. He then turned to the karting industry, where for several years he ran his own well-known international team: Team TKP.
Despite his success in karting, his passion for touring car racing and BMW never left him. In 2005, he built his first BMW M3, marking the real start of Vink Motorsport. What started out as a hobby became his core business. Vink Motorsport was born. Today, the company's main focus is on building and preparing historic BMWs for racing and rallying competitions, with the majority of these vehicles built to FIA historic specifications.
