A Limited Edition1995 Subaru Impreza WRX STI '555' Version II with only 26, 000 Miles
Something very special this rarely seen Colin Mcrae original rally winning car. The 555 is the tribute to the original rally title winning Impreza and what makes this car so unique is that unlike later editions this car actually looks the same as Colins 555 sponsored winning car.
It has extremely low mileage and presents like its sat in a showroom most of its life with an underside condition that we dont see here in the UK. Little to no wear on components.
Driving this car is a very special experience and we cannot recommend enough how good it is and wish for you to come and experience yourself. Consider that an Escort Cosworth in 1996 had 227 bhp against this better built car with 275 bhp - there was and still is no contest.
This is one of just 500 examples of the ‘555 Edition’ built. Presented in its original condition, fully deserving its top JDM grade of 4. 5. With this mileage being very low we doubt there is a better 555 anywhere, even at all..

This car was first registered on 1 December 1995.
As an early STI carnation rather than the more common WRX, that is visually inteneded to replicate Colin McRae's rally-winning vehicle with the roof ventilator, it's unlikely one will become available again. Prices for any that are left have rocketed as the US market enters the bidding.
This week a large motoring publication tested this car at the Top Gear Dunsfold circuit against other past performance cars. It will feature in an upcoming edition and according to our collection agent it favoured highly.
The car will be supplied with 6-month national Autoguard warranty, a new MOT, an oil & filter service with a replacement cambelt with RCM uprated pulleys and water pump to deliver years of enjoyment for the next owner.
