C02: Delivered new to USA Beloved 911 3. 2 with G50 gearbox Very well maintained and accident free Full history with invoices and books This 911 3. 2 Cabriolet Completed at Porsche in September 1987 as a G50 equipped car, this spectacular Carrera 3. 2 Coupe was finished as it appears today, painted in the much loved Guards Red and fitted with a black interior. Fitted with the most sought-after options, including electric soft top, tonneau cover and handsome 16-inch Fuchs wheels, the new Carrera was also fitted with the much-improved Getrag G50 5-speed manual gearbox. Sold new in the USA, the Carrera remained in its country of origin until 2012, when it was bought by a Belgian custodian, and has remained in Belgium ever since, with all owners attested to by documentation on file. True to its original specification, this Porsche has been constantly maintained since new. Stamps on the original service book provide evidence of the dealer's service history, while an extensive archive file details the car's care to date. The car comes with a binder containing old invoices from its early years, including the old Belgian title and registration documents, and today has just over 80, 000 miles on the clock, documented by the papers and manual. Inside and out, the Porsche is very faithful to the original and impeccably well preserved with very slight signs of use. The factory VIN decal remains intact on the bonnet, as do the other factory decals and nameplates. The car drives incredibly well, as you would expect from a well-maintained Porsche, and this matched example - of course - still has the factory wax protection under the chassis visible. Thanks to the careful ownership and low mileage, the interior shows only minor signs of use, underlining both the quality of these cars and the meticulous care they have received. Seats, door panels, switches, dashboard and trim are all in perfect condition with minimal wear. The original Blaupunkt radio can be seen fitted, and our paint measurements show a partial respray - with the original paint on the doors and engine cover - with no signs of body chewing or any known or visible accident repairs. The car is now being offered for sale on behalf of our client who is only selling it because he is going to upgrade to a 911 Speedster. Offered with the original owner's manuals in a pocket, a vintage Porsche information leaflet, Porsche service book, spare wheel and tonneau cover,... this really is a very well preserved 911 Carrera 3. 2! It is becoming increasingly difficult to find a well preserved example and this G50 convertible is an opportunity not to be missed! The car is currently registered in Belgium and is being sold on behalf of a client.
