Auto Storica is pleased to announce the sale of this Jaguar Mark V 3½ DHC Just three years of production were enough for the Mark V to become one of the Coventry firm's iconic models. Taking the wheel of the Mark V meant climbing to the top end of the market, that of luxury saloons, where the Jaguar rivalled models of the calibre of the Bentley Mark VI, from which it stole a good number of sales thanks to its sportier side. It was offered in two body styles: an elegant four-door saloon or the spectacular two-door convertible known as the Drop Head Coupé.

Our unit has been fully restored, down to the last detail, and the beautiful black colour of the bodywork brings out even more the chrome details that adorn it. The brilliant red colour of its interior is the icing on the cake. It offers comfort worthy of a model of this calibre, and will let you revel in the quality of the leather and wood, as well as the smooth operation of all its controls. 125 bhp won't make it the fastest, but you'll have as much fun as anyone driving this very special machine, one of only 577 made with this engine and left-hand drive.
