Having driven this little 2 door saloon around Halifax this week we can honestly say that the catalogue of upgrades added to her make her an absolute pleasure to drive in Modern driving conditions.
Mechanically she has been upgraded with a 1275cc A series engine which certainly packs more punch than its 1098 or 948cc counterparts,
She has a Toyota 5 speed gearbox which is geared perfectly and makes a huge difference, in our opinion much better than the Sierra alternative.
Braking wise she has also had both Servo and disc brakes fitted which stop her perfectly.
Overall she is a dream to drive. An oil pressure / water temp gauge has been fitted to monitor what is going on under the bonnet, an alternator for improved charging and heated rear screen.
In the body work department she has been painted Teale blue which looks superb, although the paint is not perfect it looks great.
All 4 wings are in good order as are the chromework, rubbers and trims.
She looks every bit as good as she drives!
Structurally The Minor is also in good order, there is no signs of rust or rot in all the usual Minor problem areas.
This is the second time we have had this particular car and when we were offered the chance to buy her back we jumped at the chance!
If you are looking for a head turner that has the potential to be driven every day this one should be at the top of your to view list!
