Supplied in the UK back in September 1998, this is one of the last SL500s with the ‘bomb-proof’ M119 V8 Engines. Many believe this to be the pinnacle of the R129 range, bringing loads of character and an ‘old-school driving feel.
Having spent most of its life in Spain the warm climate has preserved this SL, with a underbody condition that is just remarkable - no rust to any brake lines or subframes (unlike many SLs).
Painted in the very rare colour of Ruby Red Metallic, the body gleams beautifully without any flaws and the cream leather interior complements perfectly.
The black soft top operates without any dramas as expected, and is accompanied by the desirable panoramic-glass hard top.
