Purpose built by Kawasaki between 1982 to 2005 for Police use and based on the stock KZ1000
Being relatively lightweight, comfortable and powerful made the KZ1000P a popular police motorbike
Famously used in the US California Highway Patrol TV programme 'CHiPs'
Some machines are still in use today by a few US police departments
This very original example is presented in good running order
Copy of the US title included showing the original owner was the San Francisco City office
Still fitted with police panniers/ fairing, electronic siren, pursuit lights and radio case (no radio fitted)
Big history file with numerous old MOTs, tax discs, various receipts and other associated paperwork
