In the history of classic cars, the Austin Healey 3000 is undoubtedly one of the most popular sports cars. Its last owner has owned it since 1996 (almost 30 years!) and has maintained this 'Big-Healey' with the utmost care and love. The bodywork is in very good condition, and the elegant Healey Blue colour retains a deep, beautiful shine. The chrome and various trims are also in very good condition, as are the rubbers and finishes. An elegant chrome luggage rack is also available. The particularly elegant chrome-spoke wheels give this car an extra touch of class. The front badge bar, combined with the Lucas headlamps, gives the car an extra sporty character. The body components fit together perfectly and the doors close securely. The dark blue soft top is in very good condition. A dark blue tonneau is also supplied with the car, also in very good condition (almost new). The magnificent dark blue interior is stunning. It is in excellent condition and the seats are particularly comfortable and of high quality. The dark blue carpet is also in very good condition. The interior clearly shows that this Austin Healey has been lovingly cared for. The dashboard is in very good condition and all the instruments work perfectly. The car is also fitted with a magnificent classic Tripmaster. The elegant Moto Lita steering wheel with its wooden surround is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also pleasant and firm in the hand. The various chromes and interior trims are still in brilliant condition, and when you open the bonnet you discover a perfectly maintained engine compartment. The magnificent in-line 6-cylinder engine runs exceptionally smoothly and quietly. This Austin Healey is also equipped with an additional cooling fan (electrically controlled). It also features electronic ignition. This Austin Healey 3000 drives with great smoothness and fluidity, and gear changes are precise and fluid. The overdrive offers enhanced comfort at high speeds.
