Very rare and unique car .
This 1907 Chain drive Aries is equipped with a Prototype Disk Valve engine.
This engine is build around 1910 , by Thomas Horsley , a gun makers from York (UK)
This experimental engine was patented for the disk valve design , had a size of 4100cc.
The base of the experimental engine is an early aero engine.
The engine was original used in a Horsley Motor car and raced at Saltburn Sands in 1913.
Around 1974 this Horsley Disk Valve engine was put in the 1907 Aries.
The Aries is a chain driven car , with a hugh 5 seater touring body.
The car is driveable but after a long term storage it will need some TLC.
