The history of the F4 began in 1998 thanks to the creative genius of Massimo Tamburini for Cagiva, owner of the MV brand.
The first F4s produced had a 750 cm³ engine in the Serie Oro version, so called for the extensive use of lightweight materials such as magnesium and carbon, then, over the years and evolution after evolution, the displacements were first brought to 900 cc and then to 1, 000 cc.
To seal the common goals, on the 50th Anniversary of the Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale (PAN), MV Agusta dresses the most powerful and prestigious of its creations, the new F4, in the colors of the sky and the Italian flag, creating 11 exclusive examples in the “Frecce Tricolori” livery.
The eleven precious “pieces”, set up for the occasion with special components in noble materials such as carbon fiber and titanium and numbered exactly like the eleven aircraft of the acrobatic formation, reproduce their distinctive features in the graphics.
A small silver plate on the steering head indicates the number and the acronym of the aircraft to which each of the bikes is associated.
