Description
The second-generation Range Rover Sport was unveiled at the New York Auto Show on March 27, 2013. Several streets in Manhattan were closed off for a launch party featuring James Bond actor Daniel Craig.
Design
The new Range Rover Sport continues the design style of the Evoque and the full-size Range Rover from 2013. It is 100 mm longer, at 4851 mm in length, and 181 kg lighter, tipping the scales at 2144 kg. Unlike the previous generation, which used an integrated chassis with a frame, the L494 Range Rover Sport features an all-aluminum monocoque body, like the L405 Range Rover.
It introduced Dynamic Response suspension with active anti-roll bars.
This Range Rover presented here is a super-luxury car, finished in a beautiful white with stunning, luxurious black leather upholstery. The interior is still very nice. We also see the automatic transmission and the superb Meridian sound system! On the outside, the beautiful rims, with red brake calipers behind them, stand out. The Range Rover also features a sunroof and electric seats, further enhancing its chic appearance.
The car received a new engine at 150, 000 km, so it hasn't run much for a diesel. However, it does have a very powerful diesel engine with 307 hp! A fantastic opportunity for anyone who loves a beautiful Range Rover.
