The Nene Overland team offers this rugged, capable ex-utility Land Rover Defender 110 Hard Top. This vehicle previously served a utility company. Consequently, it carries a significant amount of specialized kit. It remains in its original working configuration. This represents a fantastic "blank canvas" project for you. You can perform a comprehensive cosmetic refurbishment. Alternatively, you can execute a wild custom conversion. This 110 provides a sturdy foundation.
This Defender 110 Hard Top sits on-site at our main showroom. It is available for immediate inspection. We sell this vehicle "as it stands." You have a unique opportunity to acquire a high-spec utility platform at an accessible price. We will provide the vehicle with a fresh 12-month MOT and a basic mechanical service before the handover. You can drive it away today for £17, 495 + VAT.
Professional Utility Specification & Expedition Hardware
This 110 served a demanding past life. It carries heavy-duty hardware that would cost a fortune to install from scratch:
Hydraulic Front Recovery Winch: This truck features a professional-grade hydraulic front recovery winch. This hardware offers relentless pulling power for extreme recovery situations.
Heavy-Duty Suspension: The vehicle sits on an upgraded heavy-duty suspension package. This setup handles the weight of heavy utility loads, roof racks, or camper fit-outs with ease.
Full-Length Expedition Roof Rack: A rugged, high-capacity roof rack provides the ideal structural mounting point. You can fit rooftop tents, solar arrays, or additional storage boxes.
Racked-Out Interior: The rear load area features professional-grade storage shelving. Crucially, it includes roller shutter side door access. You can grab tools or equipment quickly without opening the main rear doors.
The Ultimate Foundation for Bespoke Conversions
Because this vehicle features a high-roofline hard top and secure side access, it serves as a brilliant base for professional custom projects:
Overland Expedition Base: The combination of hydraulic winching, HD suspension, and external storage makes this the ultimate start for a remote-wilderness expedition camper.
Barrister Coffee Shop Conversion: We have previously built eye-catching "Barrister" mobile coffee shop units using similar utility Defenders. These builds use the side roller shutters for serving counters. They create a high-impact mobile business vehicle.
Work or Lifestyle: Whether you need a mobile workshop, a mountain rescue support vehicle, or a unique catering trailer, this Defender adapts to the task.
Offered by Nene Overland. We have operated as your premier global Land Rover restoration, V8 conversion, and custom utility coachbuilder since 1988.
