The Nene Overland and Rivolve Motorworks teams are absolutely thrilled to share a look into our custom coachbuilding archives. We have recently sold this incredible, iconic NeneBuilt Land Rover Defender 110. Originally, the award-winning British film director Guy Ritchie commissioned and crafted this bespoke vehicle with us back in 2017. Our engineering team based the entire project on a hand-selected, low-mileage factory XS Station Wagon. We then completely stripped the donor truck down to its bare bare bones. Finally, our craftsmen meticulously rebuilt it from the ground up to meet Guy's exacting, high-end specifications.
This legendary Guy Ritchie Bespoke Defender V8 has now found its next custodian. Consequently, it stands as a shining example of our commission portfolio rather than our immediate retail stock. This one-of-a-kind vehicle features a distinct, aggressive edge. This look delivers a perfect blend of absolute luxury and rugged utility. Corvette V8 Power & Full Four-Corner Air Suspension
Underneath the vintage silhouette lies a modern supercar drivetrain. This setup completely replaces the agricultural factory dynamics with smooth, relentless performance:
430 BHP Corvette V8 Engine: We installed a high-output, naturally aspirated Corvette V8 petrol engine under the bonnet. This motor unleashes an incredible 430 BHP for effortless acceleration and a magnificent, deep exhaust note.
6-Speed Automatic Gearbox: The modern V8 engine drives all four wheels through a smooth-shifting 6-speed automatic transmission. This combination offers refined highway cruising and rapid throttle response.
Four-Corner Air Suspension System: To guarantee an unparalleled driving experience, we removed the traditional coil springs. In their place, we engineered a full four-corner adjustable air suspension system. This matrix glides over rough terrain and handles winding tarmac with sports-car composure.
