1972 CORVETTE LS5 MANUAL 454 BODY-OFF RESTORED

HISTORY - This 4-speed manual Big Block 1972 is an absolute showpiece and any perspective buyer should request our walk round video. Two UK owners since arriving in the UK late 2015. The second owner's purchase invoice is still in the folder showing he paid £37, 000 for the car just over 3 years ago, with several thousand being spent on the car since then. The mileage is 85, 600 which is supported by the Stateside documentation, along with a decent history folder bulging with invoices etc.
BODY-OFF RESTORED - whilst in the hands of the first UK owner the car underwent a detailed body-off restoration and various photos of the rolling frame are in the folder.
INTERIOR - the full interior has been replaced with Corvette America's finest, and do mean every single part, from the seat belts to the dash top, from all consoles and fascia's to door cards and carpets. From the t-top liners to the rear compartment frames, everything has been renewed even down to new seat foams. To climb in to this car is like day one in 1972.
FRAME/ EXTERIOR - stunning, just stunning, far too much to list here. Everything underneath the car was replaced, all brakes, stainless calipers, suspension, wheel bearings, power steering, exhaust, fuel tank, you name it and it's been done. The paintwork is superb and so is the chrome. All emblems and brightwork have been renewed and so have both front grills plus both rocker mouldings, price those up if you will. The four matching tyres were then fitted along with new centre caps and beauty rings. All weather-seals have been replaced. The headlights and wiper deck lid lift & close on command. Outside door handles, door mirrors, rear light assemblies, all renewed.
454 PLATE - the 454 plate is included in the sale and boy does it set the car off at a show.
So that's about it, find another as they say. The car is a first time starter, ticks over nicely and drives well. You'll find Big-Block C3's advertised in the £50, 000 to £60, 000 bracket and believe me they'll be no-where close to the standard of this restoration. Now check our price .......
