This is one of 10 cars that were modified for fast road use by Morgan Guru, Colin Musgrove during the late 80’s and early 90’s. The modifications were done to make them the ultimate road Morgans of the time and concentrated on improving the quality of the ride as well as increasing the power output. These conversions were circa £22k on top of the price of the original car.
Although very powerful, the car is completely docile and tractable, with no hesitations, vices or flat spots and a super smooth progressive power delivery. This car will take a European tour or a track day in its stride.
It is in exceptional condition throughout and benefits from a new chassis and floors (£7k invoice), recently fitted by Techniques and prior to that, an engine rebuild by J E Developments only 2000 miles ago. Full history consisting of 2 packed lever arch files with every receipt plus many photos and magazine articles.
Ultra reliable and never a hint of a problem. Never shows any sign of overheating and on a good steady run will deliver 27MPG. This car is the best driving plus 8 I have ever experienced and has a massive spec as follows:
