Description
Built in 1969 and first registered in 1970 this is one of the last Mk2s with external door hinges and sliding windows. This car has been known to us for many years havng always been in Cumbria and owned by a good friend in the early 90s. It has been extensively restored and then dry stored for a number of years until we tripped across it and recognised it immediately!
This Mk2 Cooper S is one of very few originals for hire in the country and is a classic car bringing back the fun and memories of the 60s and 70s!
With 1275 engine this car is ideal for touring the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Hadrian's Wall.
