For Sale is My 1991 Saab 900 Classic Aero. Finished in desirable black.
This is the Low Pressure Turbo model but benifits from having a professionally fitted charge cooler by abbott racing.(Cost a small fortune). Giving the car similar performance to the Full Pressure Turbo model.
This is the third C900 I've owned and is one of the best around.
The car has just clocked 99000 miles which is very low for one of these cars.
The engine is one of the quietest and pulls strongly with no issues at all. No smoke Etc.
The gearbox is smooth with no issues as all.
The radiator was weeping slightly so this was replaced by myself with a new genuine item.
The body work on the car is very good and the paint work has a deep shine. There are only a few minor marks but far better than you would expect for a 21 year old car. The worst being a touch up on the bonnet and discolouration of the stainless bumper trim on the front bumper. They do not detract for the overall appearance of the car. (just being honest for any potential viewer)
All the C900 rust prone areas are very good. The door bottms are excellent. In order to preserve this I removed the rubber seals and treated with black dinitrol. The bonnet is rust free. The boot floor is rust free. The drive shaft tunnels are very good.
The interior is very good. The headlining has just started to sag at the rear but this is not noticable when driving. There is a small mark on the drivers door card fabric. Other than that the interior is immaculate. No rips or wear on any of the seats, carpet or dash.
There are two keys an no less than 19 service stamps in the service book!
The car is currently SORN for winter but I will tax the car for the next owner. It is also due a service and the MOT expires in Apri. The car would be fully serviced and have a new MOT as well.
During my ownership the car has only been out in the dry and is always garaged.
Appolgies for the poor photo. I'm unable to get the car out of the garage due to the snow!
The price is £2500 but may be able to negotiate if you didn't want the service, MOT or Tax.
This is great value and I've seen far inferior cars for twice as much at specialist dealers.
