I am offering my Rover P3 75, 6 Light Saloon in Burgundy & Black, this car was a part of my wedding car fleet, however the fleet now sold off and this is the final car to go. She was running well when put into storage in Oct 2010, and had an MOT then, however she is now sorned and looking for a careful owner with a little time and cash to tinker and bring her back to life.
Originally a Jersey car I had replaced the fuel tank by fitting a Morris Traveller tank in the boot, new fuel lines and added a new twin Webber downdraught carburettor. She ran like a new car. Now she has to go I can either repair myself and sell for around £7k? or someone can have the pleasure to return her to her best, part re-trimmed in Beige/ Red leather, new Wilton carpets, period radio fitted, and she still has an opening full sunroof, no leaks. Modern indicators fitted however semaphore indicators still in place. Free-wheel operational when last used, started recently but was a bit lumpy. A largely original car structurally and mechanically, but paint needed on two doors and the roof at the back, nothing major I think. I have owned her for 8 years and will be sad to see her go.
