Description
This classic bike has covered 1500 miles from new. It has been made to look like a 50s/ 60s model with the addition of some simple extras and now passes for a carefuly restored uk model in truly immaculate condition.
Extras include period 50s number(ex 350 Matchless from 1959 and valued at £900) new chronometric lookalike speedo(in mph of course)and ammeter instead of the colourful units fitted origonally. Period horn, finned exhaust nut, handlebar mirror(in place of plastic Jap style ones)suitable correct transfers, Lucas headlamp unit and front RE badge on forks.
Origonal tyres with perfect paintwork and chrome this is the best 350 model they produced with deep mudguards, chrome tank badges and r/ h 4 speed gearchange with neutral selector.
The only giveaway are the indicators and I have added a delay sounding bleeper to warn you they have been left on over 15 seconds.
I have not used it this year so only taxed and mot till July my insurance now lapsed.
In the right hands this type of motorcycle will give years of service and can attend classic bike meets
